COOKING MASTERCLASS with Matt Golinski

Working with K2 Organic grass-fed beef, learn how to cook the perfect steak, and a world class Bearnaise sauce and Autumn Salad to go with it. Matt will go through all the techniques you can use to make your next BBQ a hit.

​After the work is done, sit down and enjoy your meal together with a drink or two of locally produced  beverages.

Learn the art of songwriting and help Amanda write the lyrics to the latest GourMay song.

KIDS COOKING CLASS with Matt Golinski.

Matt will talk about how yeast works to make bread dough puff up, and then the kids make their own pizza using the homemade tomato sauce and ricotta cheese made together during the session.

Parents will have to fend for themselves :-)

To enhance your cheese experience, there's an array of Mary Valley Smallgoods cured meats, such as ham, beer sticks and kabana.
Additionally, we provide a range of dips, such as Woollahra Homestead caramelised onion dip, tropical mango chutney, and Woolooga tomato relish.
Accompaniments include Mary Valley fruit & veggie sticks, Mary Valley roasted tomatoes, Lindol macadamia nuts, crackers & Jeremiah’s Crust Bread.
Depending on your appetitie there's enough in this hamper for bewteen 2 & 4 people. We'll also be adding 'seasonal' secrets.
