Flowers & Food Workshop Have you ever thought about creating your own floral centrepiece to enjoy at home or for a special occasion? Join us for an engaging workshop where you'll have the opportunity to create, learn valuable tips and techniques, and discover a variety of flowers. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through our Market Gardens to explore the different blooms we grow. After the garden tour, we will take you to our Drying Shed, where we will demonstrate how to craft a stunning floral centrepiece. Then, it's your turn to select flowers from our collection and begin designing your own unique creation. You'll receive individualized support and guidance throughout the workshop. We also provide a delightful morning tea along with light refreshments. All flowers, tools, and equipment will be supplied, and you’ll be able to take your beautiful floral arrangement home in a vase or pot. Lake Borumba Ladies Anglers Classic Join fellow female anglers at Lake Borumba for a day on the water! Reel in the biggest catch, and you'll be crowned the inaugural winner of the "Emillia McAuliffe Memorial Cup". This special award honours Amelia, a passionate angler who loved seeing women embrace the sport she loved. The day will begin with educational sessions from sponsors and local women, offering valuable tips and insights to boost your confidence before participants head out on the water. Lunch will be included in the competition entry and will be provided by the local Lions Club and is included in the entry of the competition. The event will conclude at 4:00 PM, followed by presentations at Deer Park. Guests who have purchased the bundle ticket, including the Lake to Plate experience with Matt Golinski are invited to settle in and enjoy the occasion.
